Clinician, Intensive Aftercare Prevention Program
Licensed Social Workers are eligible for a $7,500 signing bonus!
Opportunity for limited remote work to completed required documentation!
As a Clinician in the Intensive Aftercare Prevention program, you will provide home-based clinical services to children and their families to help preserve or reunite them following Northeast Parent & Child Society's stated purpose and mission of protecting children, preserving families, and strengthen communities. The Intensive Aftercare Prevention Program (IAPP) is a home and community-based program assisting families who have children in foster care or children who are at risk of being placed in foster care. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work remotely with travel to client homes required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home and community-based assessment, planning and treatment with individuals, groups and families with those enrolled in our Family Preservation services (the level of intensity / number of direct services hours per family is dependent upon the services in which one is employed)
- Complete necessary all records and client information following agency, county, and state policy and funding requirements
- Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family court, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and family as it relates to their treatment
- Responsible for the clinical decisions when assigned and paired to work as a team with a Bachelors Clinical Case Manager.
- Ensure provisions of regular treatment plan meetings and services plan reviews.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience.
- License Preferred: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Must have a valid drivers license.

Representative Job Duties | Some of the duties for this position include: Lead regular meetings with individual fundraisers to review prospect data, identify opportunities to advance cultivation, assess performance on overall goals, and progress within individual prospect portfolios. Guide individual fundraisers and development staff by providing recommendations for potential major donors for cultivation and solicitation. Analyze data to help drive prospect discovery and prioritize the top prospective donors for qualification by development staff. Create lists on an ad-hoc basis as requested by prospect development team members or fundraising partner to support fundraising initiatives by incorporating the use of database segmentation analysis, external resources, electronic screenings, and peer-review/focus group results. Assist in managing pipeline and goal reporting for the campaign and ensure progress toward annual goals is documented and continually updated for major, principal, and capital fundraising outcomes in close collaboration with fundraising staff. Collaborate with various teams across the division to gather input for refining prospect portfolios. Contribute to the division's focus on improving fundraising performance through effective portfolio optimization. Job Summary | Provide coaching and administrative assistance to the Head Coach. Oversee one or more specified areas of a sporting discipline or a component of a team and assist the Head Coach with all aspects of recruitment and training of athletes. |
Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience specific to the sport. Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered |

Starting Salary/Rate | Expected hiring range: $15.50 per hour plus available taxable housing The expectation is that the incumbent will work 39 hours each week, on average, between August 16 and May 15 each year. The incumbent will be eligible to participate in health, retirement, and other benefits, including paid time off. This position comes with year-round housing. Kindly note that the value of the rent is taxable. Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials.
